Every course you purchase at The Teaching Company comes with our Lifetime Satisfaction
Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return
it to us, and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price of the course,
including shipping and handling.
Also, if a tape or disc ever breaks, warps, or gets damaged, we’ll replace
it, as long as the course is in print, free.
Most publishers do not guarantee that you will be satisfied with their books or
recordings. But we do. We guarantee your satisfaction for a lifetime because we
want you to be our customer for a lifetime of learning.
This guarantee, which we have honored every day since we opened our doors in 1990,
not only protects your investment in learning. The guarantee also compels us to
produce great courses; otherwise, we’d go out of business.
